Seminar Muay Thai Wroclaw 08.05.2010

On Friday afternoon in the new seat of the “Puncher Wrocław” Club on ul. Reja 13f in Wroclaw, Muay Thai seminar took place. The coach was Alfit Hakow, coach from the “Best Grodno” club from Belarus. He was accompanied by his son, Timur Hakow. Despite the inconvenient hour, over 30 people participated in the training, including the World Champions Paweł Jędrzejczyk and Izuagbe Ugonoh from Gdańsk.

Guests shared with participants their ring experience in the field of the most commonly used techniques in Muay Thai and Kickboxing. Such meetings contribute to the improvement of the competitions and show the training measures and methods used in other countries.
